Returns

We hope you love your new seaglass, however if you are not completely satisfied we would be to offer you a return on your unworn goods. The following terms apply to all returns:

• Goods must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
• You must contact salty starfish within 7 days of receiving your item.
• The cost of returning the item is at the expense of the customer, unless circumstances agreed with salty starfish prior to returning.
• Proof of postage should be obtained by the customer upon return as salty starfish is not liable for missing or lost items.
• Refunds are made within 30 days.
• Refunds cannot be completed on earrings for hygiene reasons unless arranged otherwise with salty starfish.
